Nutrition and HIV

While many books about HIV and AIDS are available on a range of topics,
including medical treatment, epidemiology, and the social and political impact of
the disease, surprisingly few books about the nutritional care of patients with HIV
and AIDS have been published. Such a publication is long overdue.
