This methodology was jointly prepared by the Food and Agricultural Organization of the
United Nations (FAO) and the Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS). It was
technically led by Rasheed Sulaiman V, and beneftted from inputs and support from
Delgermaa Chuluunbaatar, Nadia Fanou, Ana Islas Ramos, Anthony Jennings, Zofa Krystyna
Mroczek and Joëlle Zeitouny, as well as administrative support from Konda Reddy Chavva
