  PENGARAUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KEMENTERIAN PARIWISATA DAN EKONOMI KREATIF

This study uses quantitative methods; data is collected by filling out questionnaires with the number of sampling is 103 employees as respondents. The data analysis used in this study was SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this test are known that there is a significant influence between Leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y) with T-statistics of 3.855 (> 1.660), and the value of the coefficient path is positive by 0.346; there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) with T-statistics of 2.739 (>1.660), and the value of the coefficient path is positive by 0.253; there is a significant influence of Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) with T-statistics is 5.053 (>1.660) and the coefficient path value is positive at 0.424. Furthermore, together there is a significant influence of Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) with Fcount 61,556 > Ftable 2,696. This result means that employee performance is good enough where employees work responsibly and can work together to complete work. In addition, employees have the initiative to provide maximum performance results. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuisioner dengan jumlah sampling adalah 103 pegawai sebagai responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil pengujian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan T-statistic sebesar 3,855 (> 1,660) dan nilai jalur koefisien adalah positif sebesar 0,346, terdapat pengaruh signifikan Budaya Organisasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan T-statistic sebesar 2,739 (>1,660) dan nilai jalur koefisien adalah positif sebesar 0,253, terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan T-statistic sebesar 5,053 (>1,660) dan nilai jalur koefisien adalah positif sebesar 0,424. Selanjutnya, secara bersama-sama terdapat Pengaruh signifikan Kepemimpinan (X1), Budaya organisasi (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan F hitung 61,556 > Ftabel 2,696. Hasil ini mengandung arti bawha kinerja pegawai sudah cukup baik dimana para pegawai bekerja secara tanggung jawab dan mampu bekerjasama dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Selain itu, para pegawai memiliki inisiatif dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan sehingga mampu memberikan hasil kinerja yang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini Keywords: adalah untuk mengetahui Pendampingan, Media Sosial dan Inovasi Pendampingan, Produk Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro di Kota Depok. Metode yang Media Sosial, digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi Inovasi Produk, penelitian ini sejumlah 2.100 dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan Kinerja Usaha Mikro dengan cluster sampling sebanyak 96. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Google form dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial Pendampingan, Media Sosial dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro. Secara simultan Pendampingan, Media Sosial dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,547. Artinya bahwa pengaruh Pendampingan, Media Sosial dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro sebesar 0,547 atau 54,7% sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 45,3% variansi Kinerja Usaha Mikro dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The use of Internet technology has now become part of people's lives. People who were previously unrelated to Internet Technology have now started to take an interest in this field, where one will question if he does not have a social media account. The development of this technology can be utilized by the community, especially business actors, to penetrate the social media market in Indonesia, which has enormous potential. The development of Internet technology has brought various good changes as a positive impact that can be used as well as possible. The development of Internet technology not only has a positive impact but also has a negative impact. One of the negative impacts that occur in the field is the existence of irregularities that occur in it because of the principles of dishonesty and responsibility. This research method is quantitative in which the resulting data is in the form of numbers. The sample collection technique is using a purposive sampling technique. The samples are taken from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who have used Social Media. The data analysis technique obtained will later use SPSS 25.0 software. which includes descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis. The results of this research analysis will later be used as a reference and guide for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors, showing that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on increasing the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tegalsari Village, Purwasari District, Karawang Regency. Orang-orang yang sebelumnya tidak berhubungan dengan Teknologi Internet sekarang telah mulai tertarik dalam bidang tersebut, dimana seseorang akan mempertanyakan bila dia tidak memiliki akun sosial media. Perkembangan Teknologi inilah yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat khususnya pelaku usaha untuk menembus market Sosial 1 Media yang ada di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi yang sangat besar. Perkembangan Teknologi Internet telah membawa berbagai perubahan yang baik sebagai dampak positif yang bisa digunakan sebaik-baiknya. Perkembangan Teknologi Internet tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak positif namun juga menimbulkan dampak negatif. Salah satu dampak negatif yang terjadi dilapangan adalah adanya penyimpangan yang terjadi didalamnya karena adanya prinsip ketidak jujuran dan tanggung jawab. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dimana data yang dihasilkan berbentuk angka Adapun teknik pengumpulan sampel adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel diambil dari para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang telah menggunakan Sosial Media. Teknik analisis data yang diperoleh nantinya akan menggunakan software SPSS 25.0. yang meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis penetian ini nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai rujukan dan panduan terhadap para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) menunjukkan strategi marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tegalsari, Kecamatan Purwasari, Kabupaten Karawang.   PENGARUH KUALITAS PELATIH, MOTIVASI DAN ETIKA KERJA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI ANGGOTA SATPAM DI PT. DIVA GARDA NUSANTARA DI JAKARTA

Program Studi Administrasi Bisinis Program MagisterUniversitas Respati Indonesia E-mail: [email protected] ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas kompetensi Satpam dan variabel determinannya, termasuk SDM fasilitator/pelatih, motivasi dan etika kerja, serta menganalisis pengaruh variabel tersebut terhadap kompetensi anggota satpam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei sampling jenuh mencakup 100 orang responden, menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dalam google form dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-4 untuk pengukuran variabel.Kualitas variabel dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan adanya pengaruh terhadap kompetensi dianalisis mengunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dinilai berkategori “Baik”. Secara simultan, Kualitas Pelatih, Motivasi Kerja, dan Etika Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi anggota Satpam. Analisis parsial menunjukkan variabel kualitas fasilitator/pelatih dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang cukup bermakna terhadap kompetensi Satpam, namun variabel Etika Kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna. Kata Kunci : Kualitas SDM, Motivasi, Etika Kerja, Kompetensi Satpam ABSTRACT This study aims to measure the quality of security guard competence and its determinant variables, including facilitator/trainer human resources, motivation and work ethics, as well as analyze the influence of these variables on the competence of security guard members. Data collection was carried out through a saturated sampling survey covering 100 respondents, using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire in google form using a Likert scale of 1-4 for variable measurement. The quality of variables is analyzed using quantitative-descriptive method, while the influence on competence was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that all variables were rated in the "Good" category.Trainer Quality, Work Motivation, and Work Ethics simultaneously have a positive effect on the competence of Security Guard members. Partial analysis shows that the variables of facilitator/trainer quality and Work Motivation have a significant positive influence on the competence of security guards. Selain itu UMKM dipandang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita daerah maupun perekonomian daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Bantuan Mesin dan Pelatihan Melalui Program CSR PT Pertamina Terhadap Produktivitas dan Penjualan Benang Serat Daun Nanas di Alfiber Subang, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di Alfiber Subang, Jawa Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 dan sensus menjadi teknik samplingnya, artinya ada 33 sampel responden berasal dari karyawan. Kuesioner dibuat dan digunakan sebagai instrument utama dalam mendapatkan data primer, kemudian diukur dengan Path Analysis. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Bantuan Mesin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap Produktivitas, Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap Produktivitas, dan Produktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap Penjualan. ABSTRACT Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the actors that play a role in increasing or decreasing the economic growth of a country. In addition, MSMEs are seen as being able to increase regional per capita income and the regional economy. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Machine Assistance and Training Through PT Pertamina's CSR Program on Productivity and Sales of Pineapple Leaf Fiber Yarn in Alfiber Subang, West Java. This research uses a quantitative approach method, this research was conducted in Alfiber Subang, West Java. The population in this study amounted to 33 and the census was the sampling technique, meaning that there were 33 sample respondents from employees. Questionnaires were made and used as the main instrument in obtaining primary data, then measured byPath Analysis. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of the data analysis show that Machine Assistance has a direct positive and significant effect on Productivity, Training has a positive and direct significant effect on Productivity, and Productivity has a direct positive and significant effect on Sales.   Sonnya Marliani1, Ani Nuraini2, Mariati Tamba3 Universitas Respati Indonesia [email protected] Abstrak Pembagian dividen merupakan salah satu cara perusahaan untuk menghargai pemegang saham dan memperkuat hubungan mereka dengan para investor.Pembagian dividen (Dividend Payout) merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk membagikan keuntungan kepada para pemegang saham. Kebijakan ini juga menjadi salah satu tolak ukur bagi investor dalam menilai kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return on Equity terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriprif kuantitatif, Populasi berasal dari perusahaan consumer goods atau sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2021 yang berjumlah 33 perusahaan dengan 20 perusahaan sebagai sample. Teknik pengambilan data dilakuakn dengan teknik purposive sampling.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh variabel Current Ratio (X1) terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio (Y) signifikan (p < 0,050, t = 6,967047), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (Y) signifikan (p < 0,050, t = 5,872005), dan Return on Equity (X3) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (Y) signifikan (p < 0,050, t = 3,042603) selain itu seluruh variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Sebagai kesimpulan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return on Equity Ratio merupakan indikator keuangan yang mencerminkan kinerja keuangan yang kokoh dan menarik bagi para investor. Sejalan dengan kesimpulan, maka saran bagi investor adalah lebih teliti dan detail dalam memilih emiten perusahaan yang ada di bursa dengan memperhatikan indikator-indikator diatas. Abstract Dividend distribution is one of the ways companies show appreciation to shareholders and strengthen their relationship with them. Dividend Payout is a policy implemented by companies to distribute profits to shareholders and serves as a benchmark for investors to assess company performance. This research analyzes the influence of the Current Ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, and Return on Equity on the dividend payout ratio of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2021. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The population consists of 33 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021, with a sample of 20 companies chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The study's findings indicate that the effect of Current Ratio (X1) on Dividend Payout Ratio (Y) is significant (p < 0.050, t = 6.967047), debt-to-equity ratio (X2) on Dividend Payout Ratio (Y) is significant (p < 0.050, t = 5.872005), and Return on Equity (X3) on Dividend Payout Ratio (Y) is significant (p < 0.050, t = 3.042603).Moreover, all independent variables simultaneously positively and significantly influence the dependent variable. In conclusion, the Current Ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, and return-on-equity ratio reflect solid financial performance and attractiveness to investors. Therefore, investors are advised to select listed companies diligently and meticulously on the stock exchange floor by considering the earlier indicators. Sehingga dapat menjangkau konsumen lebih luas. Dengan metode pemasaran seperti itu, maka hal ini dapat mempermudah para pelaku bisnis MLM. Bisnis direct selling masih memiliki peluang besar, selain pangsa pasar yang luas, bisnis ini juga menjanjikan sebagai bisnis yang dikategorikan padat karya dengan melahirkan banyak wiraniaga yang mandiri. Berbagai alasan yang dilakukan oleh seorang pelaku bisnis tidak hanya untuk mencari keuntungan, melainkan juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriprif kuantitatif, Populasi berasal dari anggota agen pemasaran PT. Millionaire Club Indonesia yang berjumlah 125 orang dan 56 orang sebagai sample. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisoner. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa (i) ada pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (ii) ada pengaruh Promosi terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (iii) ada pengaruh Target Penjualan terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (iv) ada pengaruh Citra Merek, Promosi dan Target Penjualan secara bersama – sama terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah meningkatkan citra merek dan memperbanyak promosi agar target penjualan tercapai sehingga prestasi kerja tercapai. So that it can reach a wider range of consumers. With marketing methods like that, this can make it easier for MLM business people. In addition, the direct selling business still has great opportunities, in addition to a wide market share, this business is also promising as a business that is categorized as labor-intensive by producing many independent salespeople. Various reasons are made by a business person not only to seek profit, but also to fulfill their needs as much as possible. The method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. The population comes from members of the marketing agents of PT. Millionaire Club Indonesia, totaling 125 people and 56 people as a sample. Data collection techniques were carried out questionnaire methods. This research gives the results that (i) there is an effect of brand image on work performance, (ii) there is an effect of promotion on work performance, (iii) there is an effect of sales targets on work performance, (iv) there is an influence of brand image, promotion and sales targets together on work Performance. Suggestions for companies are to improve brand image and increase promotions so that sales targets are achieved so that work performance is achieved.   PENGARUH PROFIL INDIVIDU DALAM SITUS LINKEDIN DAN PERENCANAAN KARIER INDIVIDU TERHADAP PELUANG PENGEMBANGAN KARIER PENGGUNA LINKEDIN DI KOTA BOGOR

Namun, masih banyak pengguna yang belum memaksimalkan fiturnya serta kurang siap dalam merencanakan karier. Hal ini menyebabkan minimnya peluang pengembangan karier yang diinginkan oleh individu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif melalui survei. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner melalui fitur direct message di Situs LinkedIn. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 200 dengan sampel 121 orang yang berasal dari pengguna LinkedIn di Kota Bogor. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara profil individu (X1) dan perencanaan karier (X2) terhadap peluang pengembangan karier (Y). Uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karier. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi menunjukkan hasil yang cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 64,3%. Profil individu dalam Situs LinkedIn merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk citra diri individu di ranah digital. Perencanaan karier yang sistematis memungkinkan individu untuk melakukan evaluasi diri secara terstruktur dan membuat rencana tindakan yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan karier mereka. Hal ini akan membuka peluang pengembangan karier yang lebih baik. Sejalan dengan kesimpulan, maka saran bagi individu adalah memaksimalkan penggunaan fitur-fitur dalam Situs LinkedIn dengan rajin melakukan pembaruan tentang diri, kualifikasi, portofolio, dan pengalaman kerja. Kata kunci : profil, perencanaan karier,dan peluang pengembangan karier Abstract Individuals use LinkedIn as a social networking site to strengthen their branding and build professional networks. However, many users still have not maximized its features and are not ready to plan their careers. This causes a lack of career development opportunities desired by individuals. The type of research used is quantitative, through surveys. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires through the direct message feature on the LinkedIn Site. The population in this study amounted to 200, with a sample of 121 people who came from LinkedIn users in Bogor City. The results of the t-test show that there is a positive and significant influence between individual profiles (X1) and career planning (X2) on career development opportunities (Y). The F test shows that the two variables positively and significantly affect career development opportunities. In addition, the coefficient of determination shows a fairly high result, namely 64.3%. An individual's profile on the LinkedIn Site is an important factor in shaping an individual's self- image in the digital realm. Systematic career planning allows individuals to carry out structured self- evaluations and create appropriate action plans to achieve their career goals. This will open up better career development opportunities. In line with the conclusions, the advice for individuals is to maximize the use of the features on the LinkedIn Site by diligently updating themselves, qualifications, portfolio, and work experience. Individuals are also advised to research trends in the labor market, career development potential, and skills needed to achieve career goals and to make short-term and long-term career plans that are flexible according to changes in the labor market. Hal ini tentunya berkaitan dengan upaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui budaya kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan renumerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X INDONESIA di Cikarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan. Sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Sedangkan analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh antara renumerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh budaya kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan renumerasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah agar dapat mengadakan sosialisasi, monitoring, serta evaluasi berkala mengenai kinerja karyawan. This is certainly related to the company's efforts to improve employee performance. With this background, the purpose of this study is to determine the work culture, leadership style, and renumeration on employee performance of PT X INDONESIA in Cikarang. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population used is all employees. The sample used total sampling technique with a sample size of 51 people. While the data analysis applied is multiple linear regression analysis. This study provides the results that there is an influence of work culture on employee performance, there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is an influence between renumeration on employee performance, there is an influence of work culture, leadership style, and renumeration together on employee performance. Suggestions for companies are to be able to conduct socialization, monitoring, and periodic evaluation of employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Universitas Lelemuku Saumlaki. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Universitas Lelemuku Saumlaki dengan sampel 130 orang menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form dengan skala likert 5 alternatif jawaban untuk mengukur setiap variabel penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACK Employee performance at Lelemuku Saumlaki University is still not optimal, this is influenced by organizational culture, work discipline and compensation. This study aims to analyze the influence of organization, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at Lelemuku Saumlaki University. The research method uses quantitative methods. The study population was Lelemuku Saumlaki University employees with a sample of 130 people using a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire through the Google form with a Likert scale of 5 alternative answers to measure each research variable. Data analysis uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Compensation has no effect on Employee Performance. Semakin banyak karyawan yang mempunyai kinerja tinggi, maka produktivitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan akan meningkat sehingga perusahaan akan bertahan dalam persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Fasilitas dan Kompensasi Karyawan pada PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pusat.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, Populasi berasal dari perusahaan PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pusat yang berjumlah 478 orang/responden. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh variabel Motivasi (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien parameter (Original Sample) sebesar 0.385 dan nilai t-statistik 7.324 > 1.96 pada tingkat signifikan = 0.05 dengan p-value 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Motivasi Kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), variabel Fasilitas (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien parameter (Original Sample) sebesar 0.085 dan nilai t-statistik 1.406 < 1.96 pada tingkat signifikan = 0.05 dengan p-value 0.160 > 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Fasilitas (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan variabel Kompensasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan nilai koefisien parameter (Original Sample) sebesar 0.520 dan nilai t-statistik 9.348 > 1.96 pada tingkat signifikan = 0.05 dengan p-value 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Kompensasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sejalan dengan kesimpulan, maka saran bagi perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan fasilitas kantor untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel lain yang belum ada dalam penelitian ini sehingga dapat menyempurnakan pemahaman terhadap factor -faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi, fasilitas, konpensasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Abstract Employee performance is a level of employee progress on the results of his efforts to improve his ability positively in his work. The more employees who have high performance, the overall productivity of the company will increase so that the company will survive in global competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Motivation, Facilities and Compensation on PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pusat. The method used is quantitative descriptive research, the population comes from the company PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pusat which amounts to 478 people / respondents. Data retrieval techniques are carried out using probability sampling techniques. In line with the conclusion, the suggestion for companies to further improve office facilities to be able to improve employee performance and for further researchers to examine other variables that are not yet in this study so as to improve understanding of the factors that affect motivation, facilities, work compensation and employee performance.

Dokumen ini sangat penting dalam perdagangan internasional, termasuk dalam pemenuhan persyaratan pabean, penentuan tarif pajak impor, dan pemantauan perdagangan internasional. Pemerintah Indonesia mengembangkan layanan Sistem Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Asal Elektronik (e-SKA) untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi para eksportir dalam pengajuan untuk penerbitan SKA. Dalam implementasinya ternyata masih terdapat keluhan-keluhan dari eksportir pengguna Sistem e-SKA. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan eksportir pengguna sistem e-SKA, termasuk kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dalam penerbitan SKA. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui survei terhadap para eksportir di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan metoda regresi linear berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Dari analisis regresi diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Kualitas Sistem, variabel Kualitas Informasi, dan variabel Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Eksportir, baik pengaruh ketiga variabel secara simultan maupun pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial. This document is very important in international trade, including in the fulfillment of customs requirements, determination of import tax rates, and monitoring of international trade. The Government of Indonesia developed the Electronic Certificate of Origin Issuance System (e-SKA) platform to provide convenience for exporters in applying for SKA issuance. In the implementation of the e-SKA System, however, it turns out that there are complaints from exporters who use it. The study aims to analyze variables that affect the satisfaction of exporters who use the e-SKA system, including system quality, information quality, and service quality in SKA issuance. This study uses data obtained through surveys of exporters in the DKI Jakarta area. Quantitative data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods and descriptive analysis. From the analysis, it was obtained that the System Quality variable, Information Quality variable, and Service Quality variable had a positive and significant influence on Exporter Satisfaction, both the influence of the three variables simultaneously as well as the influence of each variable partially. Rata-rata orang Indonesia hanya membeli dua buku dalam setahun, dan membeli buku dengan topik pendidikan untuk buku sekolah. Dibandingkan jumlah penduduk, produksi buku di Indonesia terendah di antara negara di ASEAN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Topik, Promosi dan Daya Beli terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Buku (Studi Kasus Buku Amji Attak Kisah perjuangan Sang Bhayangkara Resimen Brimob Polri). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan variabel penelitian bebas yaitu Topik (X1), Promosi(X2), Daya Beli (X3) dan Keputusan Pembelian sebagai variabel terikat atau Y. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan disebarkan kepada 90 orang responden, pembeli buku Amji Attak, terdiri dari 50 responden dari Markas Korps Brimob Polri Pusat, Depok, Jawa Barat, dan 40 responden pembeli buku Amji Attak di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penentuan Sampel responden dilakukan secara Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), dengan program SmartPLS3, yaitu uji validitas (Convergent Validity), Discriminant Validity, Aveange Variance Extracted (AE), uji reliabilitas (Composite Reability dan Cronbach’s Alpha). R. Square, Path Coefficient pada penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Topik berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Daya Beli berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. The average Indonesian only buys two books a year, and buys books on educational topics and school books. Compared to the total population, book production in Indonesia is the lowest among ASEAN countries. This study aims to determine the influence of topics, promotions and purchasing power on purchasing decisions (Case Study of Amji Attak's book The story of the struggle of Sang Bhayangkara Regimen Brimob Polri). This study uses a quantitative method with independent research variables namely Topic (X1), Promotion (X2), Purchasing Power (X3) and Purchase Decision as the dependent variable or Y. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and distributed to 90 Respondents, buyers of Amji Attak's books, consisted of 50 respondents from the Central Police Mobile Brigade Corps Headquarters, Depok, West Java, and 40 respondents who bought Amji Attak's books in DKI Jakarta Province and West Kalimantan Province. The determination of the respondent sample was carried out by random sampling. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), with the SmartPLS3 program, namely validity tests (Convergent Validity), Discriminant Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AE), reliability tests (Composite Reliability and Cronbach's Alpha). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat pengaruh salah satu strategi Pemasaran Perubahan Citra / Rebranding dan Bauran Pemasaran / Marketing Mix apakah dapat mengubah gambaran rumah sakit ibu anak x menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum. Jenis penelitian Mixing Methode/atau metode campuran dengan pendekatan dominant quantitative study component, dimana metode dominan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif sedangkan metode kualitatif digunakan untuk melengkapi analisis dari hasil kuantitatif.hasil Uji F diatas, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai sinifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang mana hal tersebut berarti bahwa Produk, Price, Place dan Promotion secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih. Untuk Brand Personality, Brand Communication dan Brand Identity secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih.Diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,081 atau 8,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Keputusan Memilih dapat dipengaruhi sebesar 8,1% oleh variabel independen yaitu Bauran Pemasaran dan Strategi Perubahan. Dari hasil hitung dengan Consistencey Hirarky didapatkan indicator alternatif 0.05, dapat segera dilakasanakan 0.099, biaya lebih murah 0.045 dan waktu yang singkat 0.034. Produk dan harga memiliki pengaruh , untuk variable tempat dan promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh. Sedangkan Terhadap Keputusan Pasien / Konsumen dalam memilih Rumah Sakit. memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan memilih rumah sakit, terbukti bahwa terdapat beberapa komunitas dan Perusahaan yang memutuskan untuk bekerja sama dengan rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada karyawan Perusahaan tersebut. Kecamatan Pancoran Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan mempunyai luas lebih-kurang 851,56 Ha yang terdiri dari 6 (enam) Kelurahan yaitu : Kelurahan Pancoran, Kelurahan Duren Tiga, Kelurahan Kalibata, Kelurahan Pengadegan, Kelurahan Rawajati dan Kelurahan Cikoko. Kecamatan Pancoran Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan terdiri dari 46 Rukun Warga dan 501 Rukun Tangga. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya kerja,Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Pancoran Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuisioner dengan menggunakan teknik sampling kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 172 responden, kuesioner yang kembali sebanyak 172 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS ( Partial Least Square). Dari perhitungan SEM-PLS Ver. 3.3.3 variabel Budaya Kerja dengan nilai original sample 0,256 dan T Statistic 3,595 > 1,,96 dan p value = , 0,000 (<0,05). diterima maka ada pengaruh signifikan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, variable Lingkungan Kerja diperoleh dengan nilai original sample 0,380 dan T Statistic 5,494 > 1,,96 dan p value = 0,000 (<0,05). diterima maka ada pengaruh signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, variable Gaya Kepemimpinan diperoleh dengan nilai original sample 0,299 dan T Statistic 3,258 > 1,,96 dan p value = 0,001 (<0,05). diterima maka ada pengaruh signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai original sample 0,299 dan T Statistic 3,258 > 1,96. maka disimpulkan Ha4 diterima yang artinya Budaya kerja,Lingkungan Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pancoran Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.
