Seminar Nasional Promosi Kesehatan tahun 2019 ini, mengangkat tema “Membumikan
Promosi Kesehatan dan Pemberdayaan di Era 4.0 Untuk Mencapai Tujuan
Pembangunan Berkelanjutan dan Keadilan Kesehatan”. Ternyata mendapat respons
positif dari penulis makalah. Dengan rendah hati, panitia mohon maaf apabila terdapat
kekurangan dalam penerbitan prosiding ini.

Stunting adalah badan anak yang tidak dapat tumbuh dengan baik atau terhambat, sehingga
mereka bertubuh pendek di banding dengan tinggi yang seharusnya mereka capai pada usia
tersebut. Data Riskesdas 2013 masalah stunting pada balita masih cukup tinggi yaitu 37,2 %,
yang berarti terjadi peningkatan dibandingkan tahun 2010 (35,6%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting di Kecamatan Batudaa
pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan
rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Dari 813 anak usia 24-59 bulan di pilih sampel berjumlah
185 anak yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian yaitu riwayat KEK
pada ibu, riwayat BBLR, jarak kelahiran dan jumlah anggota keluarga. Data dikumpulkan
melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner, mengukur berat badan dan tinggi badan dengan
timbangan digital dan microtoice. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dan
multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi anak
mengalami Stunting (31.4%). Sebanyak 22.4% dan 27.6% sampel dengan stunting
mengalami gizi buruk dan gizi kurang. Variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang bermakna
dengan kejadian stunting yakni; jarak kelahiran (p 0,002) dan jumlah anggota keluarga (p
0,003). Namun tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat BBLR (p 0,148) dan
riwayat KEK pada ibu (p 0,653) dengan kejadian stunting. Faktor dominan yang
berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting yaitu jarak kelahiran. Kesimpulan ada hubungan jarak
kelahiran dan jumlah anggota keluarga dengan kejadian Stunting usia 24-59 bulan. Keluarga
disarankan mengikuti program keluarga berencana (KB) agar terwujudnya masyarakat yang
sejahtera melalui pengendalian kelahiran dan pengaturan jarak kelahiran.

One of the factors that influence organizational performance and service quality
is leadership. The leadership factor is one of the good accreditation values for the Public
Health Centre. This study aims to see the role of leadership in improving performance and
the role of service in public health centres.

The 5
th International Seminar on Public Health Education (ISPHE 2020) was held on Semarang, Indonesia on
July 22, 2020 by the Public Health Department Faculty of Sports Science Universitas Negeri Semarang. The 328
scientific participants, 163 of whom were students, had many fruitful discussions and exchanges that contributed
to the success of the conference. The 14 abstracts including poster session that were presented on the day formed
the heart of the conference and provided ample opportunity for discussion. The abstracts were split almost
equally between the four main conference areas, i.e.; Interdisciplinary Health and Medicine, Physiology,
Kinesiology and Psychology of Wellness, Public Health Policies and Practices, and Health Promotion and
Physical Education.

We are delighted to introduce the proceedings of the 5th International Seminar on Public Health
and Education (ISPHE 2020) with the theme “Strengthening Disease Prevention through Health
Education and Physical Activity for Sustainable and Equitable health Development”. This
conference has brought researchers, developers and practitioners around the world.

ACPES (ASEAN Council of Physical Education and Sport) is a council consisting of
some universities across ASEAN namely Srinakharinwirot University Thailand,
Mahasarakham University Thailand, PESS NIE NTU Singapore, Universiti Putra Malaysia,
Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology Philippines, Kasetsart University
Thailand, Chulalongkorn University Thailand, Institute of Technical Education Singapore,
Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia and Universitas Negeri Semarang Indonesia. The
ACPES annually host an International conference in various countries of its members. The
1st conference on 2015 was hosted by UNNES, Indonesia, The 2nd ACPES was hosted by
MSUIIT Philippines, the 3rd ACPES was hosted by Kasetsart University Thailand, and the
4th ACPES was hosted by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This year, from September 10-
12, 2019, The 5th ACPES with the name of the 5th International Conference on Physical
Education, Sport, and Health, hosted by UNNES, took place at UTC Hotel, Semarang,
Central Java, Indonesia.

Growth failure (stunting) in children under five years old (toddlers) can cause
various developmental disorders, including cognitive and motor development. This study
aims to analyze the cognitive effects of child development on psychomotor health workers for
stunting children in the Kedungori village attached to it in 2019.
