ABSTRAK
Remaja merupakan kelompok rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Pada masa ini terjadi
keinginan besar untuk mencoba dan mengetahui hal baru. Paparan pornografi dan efeknya pada
remaja merupakan masalah serius karena dapat berdampak pada masalah kesehatan reproduksi
remaja seperti kehamilan tidak diinginkan, aborsi tidak aman, penyakit menular seksual dan HIVAIDS. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross
sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 162 responden yang diambil berdasarkan total
populasi siswa SMKN 10 Jaakarta. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner.
Dari hasil analisis statistik variabel yang mempunyai p value < 0,05 yaitu jenis kelamin,
pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, paparan pornografi melalui handphone, tempat mengakses
pornografi, dan pengaruh teman sebaya. Hasil analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel paling
dominan yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual remaja adalah keterpaparan pornografi
melalui handphone dengan OR=5,882. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa remaja yang terpapar
pornografi melalui handphone memiliki perilaku seksual berisiko berat 5 kali lebih besar
dibandingkan remaja yang tidak terpapar pornografi melalui handphone. Perlunya pelatihan kader
yaitu siswa SMKN 10 Jakarta yang terbentuk dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) untuk
membantu program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR). Selain itu pihak sekolah juga
melakukan kontrol tentang penyebaran pornografi khususnya pengguna handphone dengan
membatasi penggunaan handphone di jam sekolah dan melakukan razia setiap bulannya.

ABSTRACT
Teenagers are vulnerable to reproductive health problems. At this time there is a great desire to try
and know new things. Exposure to pornography and its effects on adolescents is a serious problem
because it can have an impact on adolescent reproductive health problems such as unwanted
pregnancy, unsafe abortion, sexually transmitted diseases and HIV-AIDS.
The design of this study uses a quantitative approach with cross sectional design. Respondents in
this study were 162 respondents who were taken based on the total student population in Jakarta
10 Vocational High School. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire.
From the results of statistical analysis of variables that have p value <0.05, namely sex, knowledge
of reproductive health, exposure to pornography through mobile phones, places to access
pornography, and peer influences. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most
dominant variable related to adolescent sexual behavior was pornographic exposure via mobile
phones with OR = 5.882. It can be concluded that adolescents who are exposed to pornography
through cellphones have a risky sexual behavior 5 times greater than adolescents who are not
exposed to pornography via mobile phones. The need for cadre training is that students at the 10
Jakarta Vocational High School are formed in the School Health Business to help the Youth Care
Health Service program. In addition, the school also controls the spread of pornography, especially
mobile phone users by limiting the use of cellphones during school hours and conducting raids
every month.
