ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas kompetensi Satpam dan variabel determinannya, termasuk SDM fasilitator/pelatih, motivasi dan etika kerja, serta menganalisis pengaruh variabel tersebut terhadap kompetensi anggota satpam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei sampling jenuh mencakup 100 orang responden, menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dalam google form dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-4 untuk pengukuran variabel.Kualitas variabel dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan adanya pengaruh terhadap kompetensi dianalisis mengunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dinilai berkategori “Baik”. Secara simultan, Kualitas Pelatih, Motivasi Kerja, dan Etika Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi anggota Satpam. Analisis parsial menunjukkan variabel kualitas fasilitator/pelatih dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang cukup bermakna terhadap kompetensi Satpam, namun variabel Etika Kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to measure the quality of security guard competence and its determinant variables, including facilitator/trainer human resources, motivation and work ethics, as well as analyze the influence of these variables on the competence of security guard members. Data collection was carried out through a saturated sampling survey covering 100 respondents, using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire in google form using a Likert scale of 1-4 for variable measurement. The quality of variables is analyzed using quantitative-descriptive method, while the influence on competence was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that all variables were rated in the "Good" category.Trainer Quality, Work Motivation, and Work Ethics simultaneously have a positive effect on the competence of Security Guard members. Partial analysis shows that the variables of facilitator/trainer quality and Work Motivation have a significant positive influence on the competence of security guards. However, the Work Ethics variable does not show a meaningful influence.
