Kinerja perawat merupakan alat yang paling dapat dipercaya oleh manajer perawat dalam mengontrol sumber daya manusia dan produktivitas (Swanburg, 1987). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan metode keperawatan tim terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang perawatan di RSU Adhyaksa tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di Ruang Perawatan RSU Adhyaksa dengan jumlah responden 36 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat berupa uji chi-square. Diperoleh hasil univariat yang menunjukkan (77,1%) responden sudah melakukan pelaksanaan metode keperawatan TIM dengan baik dan (71,4%) responden mempunyai kinerja yang baik di Ruang Perawatan RSU Adhyaksa Tahun 2018. Hasil uji statistic bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara penerapan metode TIM terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang perawatan RSU Adhyaksa tahun 2018 (p-value=0,027). Diharapkan pihak RSU Adhyaksa mampu menentukan kebijakan yang akan ditetapkan sesuai dengan keadaan dan kondisi di rumah sakit saat ini.

Nurse performance is the most trusted tool by nurse managers in controlling human resources and productivity (Swanburg, 1987). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of the team nursing method on the performance of nurses in the treatment room at Adhyaksa General Hospital in 2018. This study was a quantitative study with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all nursing nurses who worked in the Adhyaksa General Hospital Treatment Room with 36 respondents, the sampling technique was total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis in the form of chi-square test. The results of univariate showed that (77.1%) the respondents had carried out the team nursing method well and (71.4%) the respondents had a good performance in the Adhyaksa General Hospital Treatment Room in 2018. The results of the bivariate statistical test showed a significant relationship between the application of team methods to the performance of nurses in the Adhyaksa General Hospital treatment room in 2018 (p-value = 0.027). It is expected that Adhyaksa General Hospital is able to determine policies that will be determined in accordance with the conditions and conditions in the hospital at this time.
